If that's not the case, then they have a major skill to fall back on as salesmen, because we immediately fell in love with their caring, and outgoing way. We believe they are worth supporting. Such a lovely experience here! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, with a quaint and cozy design and very friendly folks! I got the Huli Huli chicken, my husband got the chili burger, and I took a slice of cake home! All were delicious :)
I've had a dine in and take out meal from Cafe 235. Both the pork and chicken dishes. Delicious. Mac salad hits the spot. I sometimes stop by just for the musubi and sweet chili sauce as a snack. The team there are all really welcoming and helpful. It felt chill at the same time. We usually get two dishes and it had always been super quick. The flavors are all spot on. It's a quick walk down to the waterfront and train museum too.
Stopped by for lunch for the first time today and had the BEST experience! From the service, to the delicious food, to the atmosphere, it was beyond a 5 star experience! We had Kahlua pork and a Chile cheese baked potato. Cannot wait to go back!
We absolutely love the staff here. The food is genuine, fresh and perfectly prepared. The Mac salad rivals the ones we had on Maui. All served by the kindest people in the county.
Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced! The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I split a Hawaiian plate of shrimp and chicken. It was so tasty! My son had a burger that was quite large with fries that I couldn’t stop eating! Although I was there for the Hawaiian cuisine, I had to try the smoked salmon chowder served with bread right out of the oven. I’m so glad I did. I was quick to share this experience with friends and family and will definitely return.
It was suggested by a friend to try this place out. We arrived just before 5pm, and within 20 minutes, the place was packed full of customers. The decor and atmosphere were cozy and tastfully Hawaiian. The owner greeted us quickly and spent time going over dishes and menu items in detail. We enjoyed 2 dishes; Huli Huli chicken and BBQ ribs. Both were delicious! The meat was tender, moist, and tasty! The macaroni salad had a little too much mayonnaise for my taste, but my husband loved it. I also enjoyed a very tasty cup of clam chowder. The prices are very reasonable for such a wonderfully prepared meal. WE WILL BE BACK.
It was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, the pineapple turnover it’s a jewel, do your self a favor, order one, shrimp was delicious, Hawaiian Mac, Ribsthe drinks are soooo good! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes !
